NMIT CONVOCATION

Studying in NMIT was like a new adventure for me especially after graduating from high school. Studying this course was also an eye opener to me as I di not get to acquire knowledge during the days of high school. Wverything was new and interesting, waiting for me to grasp it. Getting involved in the maritime industry is a dream come true once I entered NMIT. It was a precious moment when I go to learn maritime knowledge as well as experience many kinds of good things in NMIT. As an undergraduate, I have been exposed to the maritime field and gained vast knowledge on maritime and business. NMIT is a unique institution, not only characteristic on research, academics and theories but also by motivating and encouraging students. Engaging professionals as well as field leading lecturers allowed me to gain valuable knowledge throughout the course. I have been in NMIT since she laids her keel. After she was put into service crossing over the sea, hitting thypoons, experiencing adverse weather, rolling, pitching and being attacked by pirates during the voyage, I have finally arrived at the destination.
